textbroadcast is a system event organizers use to collect live comments and votes from their audience. The organizer of each event is the data controller; textbroadcast provides the system and processes data on the organizer's behalf.
What is collected when you comment or vote
Your comment, the options you vote for, and a nickname (optional)
A random device identifier stored in your browser, used to limit sending too fast and to prevent repeat votes — it does not identify you
When you sent it, and when you gave consent
The result of the bot check (Cloudflare Turnstile)
Used to show screened comments on the event screens and live view, count and show votes, screen out inappropriate content, and let the organizer summarize the event afterwards (including exporting to a file).
Third parties: comments are screened by Google's AI (Gemini API) or by Jev via OpenRouter, as chosen by the organizer. The system runs on Cloudflare.
Retention: until the organizer deletes that room or poll.
Your rights: to access, correct or delete your data, contact the organizer of that event. The comment history kept on your own device can be removed with “Clear history”.
Please don't include personal data such as phone numbers, addresses, email addresses or ID numbers in comments or nicknames.
2. Terms of use
Don't send content that is illegal, abusive, hateful, defamatory, spam, or that infringes others' rights.
Organizers and their teams may choose not to show, hide or delete any comment, and may fix typos before showing it (the original is kept).
Organizers are responsible for their event's content, settings, notices to attendees, and lawful use of attendees' data, including under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019).
Organizer accounts are personal — don't share passwords. Team codes are for the event they were issued for only.

AI screening is an aid only and can be wrong in both directions; the organizer's team makes the final call.
Poll results reflect only those who voted through the system and are not a statistical survey; repeat-vote prevention works per device only.
The service is provided as is and may be unavailable or delayed because of venue networks or third-party providers.
